How It Works

• For mixing and stem mastering count the number of stems you’ve exported from yourproject and select the stem count that fits your budget and project size. • Ensure all your required options are included in your package before proceeding eg. turnaround time etc.• After selecting your options, add it to your basket and complete the checkout. Once payment is confirmed, upload your files via our WeTransfer link, which will be sent in an email after payment is confirmed or via your account. Fill out the reference mix notes form and don’t forget to include your order number.• Once we’ve received your payment and files, we’ll start working on your order. The mix or master will be sent back within the timeframe you selected during checkout• When your order is completed, your files will be delivered via email we a downloadable WeTransfer link. If any revisions or edits are needed, you can discuss them with Aleks or Gio over email or phone call. We offer 5 revisions for both our mixing and mastering service.

Mixing Service

Accepted Answer

For our Mixing service you can select the amount of tracks / stems you will besending to have mixed.• Include as much or as little processing on your audio tracks / stems as youfeel.• Any creative effects that define your sound such as sound design effects should remain printed/committed in the audio files. • Leave EQ active if it contributes to your intended tone. If it’s purely correctiveor mix-stage EQ, feel free to bypass it.• Bypass compression unless it's for sound design effects.• Reverb & Delay will apply where applicable but still provide and send wetand dry stems. • You can leave panning in place, but we recommend removing it as gives usmore flexibility. If you're unsure leave the panning but please include any prefered panning postions in your mix notes if you have them.• All vocal tuning and editing must be completed before exporting. Ensurebreaths, clicks and unwanted artefacts are cleaned up prior sending your files. • Always include a rough mix as a reference. This helps us confirm playbackaccuracy and ensure all creative processing is represented correctly. The rough mix does NOT count as a stem beign sent. • We will also provide a complementary instrumental mix free of charge• You are allowed a maximum of 5 mix revisions. When revisions are applied please go into detail and time points of what needs adjusting.

Mix Turnaround

Under the Turnaround tab, you can choose the timeline for when your initial first mix will be returned to you.• 2-4 Working Days (returned within 2-4 working days)• 4-7 Working Days (returned within 4-7 working days)Turnaround time is calculated based on Aleks' and Gio's working days from Monday to Friday. If you have a specific deadline for your mix or master, please inform us when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Stereo Mastering Add On

Under the "Add Ons" tab you can select to add stereo analogue mastering.• By adding the Stereo Master option to your order, you’ll receive aprofessionally high quality mastered stereo version from Gio our masteringengineer. Our analogue mastering process enhances the listeningexperience, delivering a master that is up to streaming standards and radio ready.

Mastering Service

• Stereo Mastering is the mastering of your stereo mix to ensures your music ispolished to perfection and ready for meeting the release standards for radioand streaming platforms.• Please provide your track with and without mix bus active• We typically recommend you provide a mix that’s sits in between -3 and -6db to ensure we can maximise the volume of your track.• Stem Mastering is the mastering of each individual stem you provide, allowing us to process and balance the stems through our mastering chain. This approach offers greater flexibility andcontrol as we can balance the summed stems with eq control instead of trying to balance the whoel master. This results in a cleaner and more balanced master. Note: This is not mixing. The stems must be mixed and summed into groups (eg. guitars) for stem mastering to work.
