Welcome to TruWave Studios ("we," "our," "us," or "the Studio"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, truwavestudios.com (the "Site"), and any digital services purchased directly from us.

 

By accessing our Site or booking a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or book our services.

 

1. Booking and Payments

  • Direct Payments: All services and sessions booked through the Site must be paid for directly at the time of reservation.

  • Payment Authorization: By providing your payment method, you authorize us to charge the full amount of your booking or service immediately.

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from TruWave Studios.

 

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our studio services involve digital assets, specialized scheduling, and engineer labor, we enforce a strict refund policy:

  • Engineer File Access Rule: Refunds are only eligible and issued if our studio engineers have not yet downloaded, opened, or accessed your project files. Once an engineer downloads your files or begins working on your project, the service is officially underway and the transaction becomes completely non-refundable.

 

3. Intellectual Property and Media Storage

  • Client Ownership: You retain full ownership and copyrights of any music, audio, or media created during your session or submitted to our team.

  • Strict 30-Day Storage Limit: TruWave Studios will store your final audio files and session projects for a maximum of 30 days following the completion of your session or project delivery.

  • Data Deletion: After exactly 30 days, your audio files will be permanently deleted from our studio hard drives and servers to free up storage space.

  • Your Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to download, back up, and secure your files within this 30-day window. TruWave Studios is not liable for any lost, corrupted, or permanently deleted data after this period has expired.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruWave Studios and its team will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, studio spaces, or equipment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

 

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TruWave Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
